Extension privacy
This notice covers the Vizieren Chrome extension, whether installed for testing or from a published store listing. It works with your existing Vizieren account. Your use of Vizieren is also governed by the user agreement.
Last updated: 18 October 2026. Operator: Aidruss Sharif, Norway. For support, privacy requests or account-deletion requests, email firstbornexplores@gmail.com.
What it reads
- Your existing profile name, email and user ID.
- Your goals, tasks, schedule, chats, achievements, insights and coaching preferences, including personality-related information shown in your account.
- Task completion and progress records used to provide planning, rewards and personalized coaching. This is in-app activity, not monitoring of clicks, keystrokes or activity on unrelated websites.
- Your saved time zone and availability, used to arrange tasks and reminders. The extension does not request GPS access.
- Your subscription status and billing-period information, used to apply existing account access rules. Card entry and payment management take place through the website's payment provider, not in extension storage.
- Health-related information if you include it in goals or coaching messages. This is not a medical service; avoid entering medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Authentication information used transiently by the bundled relay within your signed-in website tab to authorize account requests. Passwords and authentication tokens are not returned to or saved in extension storage.
- All of this is requested through the first-party Vizieren website backend, using your signed-in vizieren.com tab.
- It does not read any other browsing information.
What it never does
- The extension adds no analytics or trackers.
- No selling of data.
- No passwords or tokens saved in the extension. Tokens used for transient requests remain in the website.
- No remote code and no external scripts.
How account information is used and shared
Information is used to provide the connected planner, synchronize saved account data, generate requested plans and coaching, personalize supported features, apply subscription access, deliver configured reminders, and secure and support the service.
The extension uses the same backend and service providers as the website. Relevant information is processed by these providers when needed for the feature you use:
- Replit and the service's database and file hosting operate the application and store account records.
- Clerk provides website authentication and account identity.
- Anthropic (Claude), accessed through Replit's AI integration, processes relevant goal, conversation and personalization context to generate plans, coaching and insights.
- Brave processes research queries and relevant context when web information or research fallback is needed.
- Brevo processes recipient details and reminder content for configured email delivery.
- Stripe processes website checkout, subscriptions and payment management when billing applies.
External scheduling automation, where configured through n8n, can trigger the application's coaching jobs. Account analysis runs in the application backend; n8n is not the extension's authentication service.
These services can process information outside Norway or the EEA. Applicable data-protection requirements, including any required international-transfer safeguards, apply; this notice does not mean all processing stays in Norway.
Limited use
Vizieren's use of information received through the extension is limited to providing and supporting its disclosed goal-planning and coaching functionality, in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell personal data, use it for personalized advertising, transfer it for unrelated purposes, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Transfers are limited to supporting the disclosed functionality, security, legal obligations, or other transfers permitted by that policy. Human access is restricted to its permitted cases, such as support with your specific consent, security, or legal obligations.
What is stored
- The tab and user binding is session-only.
- Shared web timers and preferences, which already exist in the web app, may use the browser's localStorage.
Retention, security and your rights
Disconnecting or uninstalling the extension removes its connection or local data, not the records in your shared Vizieren account. Saved goals, chats and related account records remain available for the service until removed through supported controls or an account-deletion request, subject to records that must be retained for billing, security or legal obligations. Provider processing and retention also apply to information sent to the services described above. Contact the operator for details about your records.
Account requests use HTTPS and the existing website's authentication and authorization checks. No service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to applicable law. Optional adaptive analysis can be managed through its in-app controls. Accepting the general terms is not blanket consent to sensitive-data processing. Contact firstbornexplores@gmail.com to exercise your rights; identity verification may be needed. You can also complain to Datatilsynet or your competent supervisory authority.
Permissions
- Access is limited to vizieren.com only.
- A first-party signed-in Vizieren tab must stay open for the extension to work.
Your controls
- Disconnect clears the binding and in-memory data. It does not delete your account records.
- Signing out on the website ends your session.
- Removing the extension clears its local storage.
See the user agreement for the broader Vizieren service terms and the extension overview for how the connection works.
